Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them exist, even if not yet recorded, and to receive such data in an understandable form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding:
   a) the origin of the personal data;
   b) the purposes and methods of processing;

   e) the persons or categories of persons to whom personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of it.
3. The data subject has the right to:

   c) receive confirmation that such actions have been communicated to those who received or accessed the data, unless this proves impossible or requires disproportionate effort.

   b) to the processing of personal data for advertising, direct marketing, market research, or commercial communication purposes.

Cookies

We install “technical cookies” or navigation/session cookies that enable the normal operation of the website (for example: language selection, search functions, and authentication for access to private areas).

We also install “Analytics cookies”, which are considered equivalent to technical cookies because they are installed and used directly by us as the website operator to collect aggregated information about the number of users and browsing behaviour.
